Indo Mi is based on the principle of addressing a documentary subject on a conceptual formal level, where relationships between images are given in a contextual and nonlinear manner. The project was carried out in three weeks in Bogor, Central Java and Jakarta, Indonesia. Body faceless portraits underlining attitudes and poses articulate the series that takes the form of a photo diary. The context is given by images representing indeterminate nearby places, related to culture, religion, folklore or ways of life and work of the island.
